Welcome. You have found a place to slow down.

Life Yoga

Movement for every body.

Some people arrive needing movement.
Others arrive needing stillness.
Both are welcome here.

Made slowly, by hand, in small batches.

For the days your body has given everything.

Some days your skin asks you to slow down.

I began crafting these remedies from my own need for relief. My hope is that they bring a little of that same ease to yours.

You know the feeling when your mind finally goes quiet? Most of us don't get there on our own.

One-on-one energy work in Douglas, and one Sunday a month in Tucson.
