What can I expect during a Reiki session?

Each session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how your process unfolds. Every session begins with a brief conversation, followed by a guided meditation, Kundalini Reiki, and time to gently integrate the experience. No two sessions are the same because each person arrives with different needs.

How should I prepare for my Reiki session?

• Drink plenty of water before your appointment.
• Eat nourishing foods, especially leafy greens, before your session.
• Please avoid eating beef or pork on the day of your appointment.
• Wear comfortable clothing and simply arrive with an open mind.

Where are Reiki sessions held?

Tucson sessions are held at Your Perfect Body Studio, a space I work out of, and the full address appears on your confirmation screen as soon as your deposit is received. Douglas sessions are held in a private healing space, and that address is shared with you privately after your deposit has been received.

What should I bring to yoga?

Yourself, water, and comfortable clothes. Mats and props are here if you need them. Classes are held in Douglas, from September 14 at Blueberry Cafe (a temporary home), Monday through Friday at 6:00 PM. Come as you are. There is no level to reach before you're welcome.

How does class pricing work?

Drop-in is $5 and the monthly membership is $35. Each class holds 10 people, so reserving online is the surest way in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes and sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. Reiki deposits ($10 Douglas, $20 Tucson) are non-refundable but move with you to a rescheduled time.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship within a few days from Douglas, Arizona. Local delivery in the Douglas area is a flat fee. You'll receive a confirmation and a shipping note when it goes out.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Because every botanical product is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
