What can I expect during an Energetic Cleanse session?

Each session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how your process unfolds. Every session begins with a brief conversation, followed by a guided meditation, Kundalini Reiki, and time to gently integrate the experience. No two sessions are the same because each person arrives with different needs.

How should I prepare for my Energetic Cleanse session?

• Drink plenty of water before your appointment.
• Eat nourishing foods, especially leafy greens, before your session.
• Please avoid eating beef or pork on the day of your appointment.
• Wear comfortable clothing and simply arrive with an open mind.

Where are Energetic Cleanse sessions held?

Tucson sessions are held at Your Perfect Body Studio, a space I work out of, and the full address appears on your confirmation screen as soon as your deposit is received. Douglas sessions are held at Life Yoga Studio, 1303 F Ave, Douglas, AZ.

What should I bring to yoga?

Yourself, water, and comfortable clothes. Mats and props are here if you need them. Classes are held at Life Yoga Studio in Douglas, Monday through Thursday at 6:00 PM. There is no level to reach before you're welcome.

How does class pricing work?

Drop-in is $5 and the monthly membership is $35. Each class holds 10 people, so reserving online is the surest way in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. New Tucson Energetic Cleanse single sessions: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $60 fee if the appointment cannot be filled. A $60 fee applies to no-shows. You review and acknowledge this policy before paying your deposit. Any card charge requires your authorization and manual approval. Douglas sessions, session packages and earlier bookings keep their original terms.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship within a few days from Douglas, Arizona. Local delivery in the Douglas area is a flat $3, and you can pick your order up free at the Monday Life Yoga class at Life Yoga Studio. You'll receive a confirmation and a shipping note when it goes out.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Because every botanical product is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
